The FRP Desulfurization Tower is an environmental-friendly solution for industrial waste gas treatment. Its principle utilizes gas-liquid contact to transfer pollutants from gas to liquid, then separates clean gas from contaminated liquid.
Working Principle
- Particle pollutants are removed through contact with detergent, using gravity and inertia force
- Gaseous pollutants transfer to washing liquid through turbulence, molecular diffusion, and chemical reactions
- Reverse adsorption treatment: liquid sprayed downward from top while exhaust gas flows upward from bottom
- Process cools waste gas, conditions gas temperature, and removes particles before atmospheric discharge
