The Waste Gas Scrubber Desulfurization Tower operates on the principle of gas-liquid contact, where pollutants in gas are transferred to liquid, then separated to achieve air purification.
Particulate pollutants contact with detergent, where droplets or liquid membranes diffuse onto airflow particles. Separation occurs through gravity and inertia force. Gaseous pollutants are transported into washing liquids through turbulence, molecular diffusion, and chemical reactions.
The exhaust gas passes through the scrubber in reverse adsorption mode - liquid is sprayed downward from the top as mist while gas flows upward from the bottom. This process cools waste gas, conditions it, removes particles, and treats it before discharge.
