Large Air Volume Industrial FRP Wet Gas Scrubber with Gel Coat operates on the principle of gas-liquid contact, transferring pollutants from gas to liquid, then separating clean gas from contaminated liquid to achieve air purification.
Particulate pollutants contact with detergent, where droplets diffuse onto particles, allowing separation via gravity and inertia. Gaseous pollutants transfer into washing liquid through turbulence, molecular diffusion, mass transfer, and chemical reactions. Chemical additives can control odorous substances.
The system features reverse adsorption: liquid sprays downward as mist from the tower top while exhaust gas flows upward from the bottom. This process cools exhaust gas, conditions it, removes particles, and discharges treated gas after defogging.
